Is this an NHS or private service?

We are a fully private, UK-based and operated pathology laboratory. We are not affiliated with the NHS and do not require a GP referral.

How is the blood sample taken?

By a trained phlebotomist at one of our London clinics. The appointment takes 10–15 minutes and is virtually painless.

When will I receive my results?

Most results are available within 24–72 hours via our secure patient portal, with a doctor-reviewed report included.

Are my results explained or just a list of numbers?

Every result is reviewed and annotated by a UK-registered doctor with additional fee. Gold and Platinum packages include a one-to-one consultation.

Where is the lab located?

Our laboratory is based in London and is UKAS-accredited (ISO 15189) and CQC-registered. Samples never leave UK soil.

Do I need to fast before the test?

Most panels require a 10–12 hour fast for accurate cholesterol and glucose results. We’ll confirm before your appointment.
